Please note that any warranties and practices on www.cactusantihangover.com are in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act.
How to shop with us
To make a purchase at www.cactusantihangover.com follow these 5 steps.
1. Find the item(s) you want and add them to your shopping cart and go to checkout
2. Enter your personal information
3. Select shipping/payment method
4. Accept our terms and conditions
5. Make sure all information is correct and approve the purchase
Submission of orders
When you have submitted an order, our system will automatically send you an e-mail indicating what products you have purchased and what personal information you have provided. Please note that the e-mail is not a legally binding order confirmation. It is solely an electronic receipt for receiving your order. We therefore reserve the right to change or cancel the order due to typo errors, technical problems, delivery failures, stock errors and similar situations as described above.
In addition to the e-mail you receive immediately after placing your order, an original receipt will follow, when you receive your package. This receipt will serve as proof of purchase for the product.
Delivery and delivery costs
You can expect to receive your order following the product with the longest delivery time. The delivery time is indicated in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation we send you following your order. If you purchase products through the webshop, delivery time is 2-5 workdays. When you press on the shopping cart or go to checkout, you will be able to see the delivery time on the specific products that you have ordered. The package with all the products will the shipped collectively, and you will therefore receive your order following the product with the longest delivery time.
Should any problems occur that prolong the delivery time, you will be notified by phone or mail.
Shipping is handled by Postnord or DAO. We ship to Denmark and Norway. Shipping costs for Denmark is 29 DKK (without distribution) and 39 DKK (including distribution) regardless of the number of products or where in Denmark you might live. Shipping cost for Norway is
At www.cactusantihangover.com we strive to make it as easy for our customers as possible. Therefore, we offer different payment options. Pay online with the following payment options: MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club and MobilePay Online.
The buyer pays transaction costs upon payments at www.cactusantihangover.com.The amount is deducted from your account, when the good have been shipped from our warehouse. All prices at Cactus Group is listed in DDK and includes 25 % VAT.
All communication between our payment system and the card holder happens through an encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. Neither Cactus Group or other unauthorized persons can view the data exchanged for purchase. Cancellation rights (return)
It is not unusual that a product does not live up to one’s expectation. There is a 14 days full exchange and return policy on all items valid from the day you receive your goods.
1. Send a message indicating that you wish to use your cancellation rights to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days and return the item.
2. Please note that you hold the direct costs of returning the item to us. Remember to pack the item properly, as you are responsible for the item after it has been received. If the item is damaged on arrival, you are unfortunately liable.
3. When we have received the item, we control that it lives up to the rules of cancellation. The item must not have been used. If the value of the item is reduced, e.g. bearing mark of have been used, we reserve the right to deduct the full amount.
4. The money is credited to the same account as you have paid the order from. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your return has been completed.
5. You are welcome to write why you do not want the item. It is solely for the purpose of internal assessment of the product and the supplier.
6. You are welcome to use the standard return form below, but it is not mandatory.

We exchange for free. You pay your regular return freight, but we pay for the shipment of the new product – therefore you will not bear any extra cost when exchanging a product with us.
We always control all our products before shipment. Should there nevertheless be any defects with an expedition, you should as soon as possible contact customer service by e-mail or phone. They will guide you through the return procedure for warranties. When you shop at www.cactusantihangover.com, you of course have 24 months' warranty, however, limited by the expiry date. The complaint must be made within a reasonable period of time, which is 2 months after the error has been identified.
It is of course a requirement that the warranty is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or any other damaging behavior.
We will always ask for a picture of the defect as this is to be documented for our supplier to cover your purchase costs as well as the return fee. You will receive a pre-paid return label by e-mail. A freight fee will be credited up to 29 DKK. It is important that you await a response and a solution from the customer service before returning the product. Otherwise it cannot be expected that the full shipping costs will be credited.
Keep in mind that the product must always be returned in proper packaging. With any return products, an invoice must be enclosed with your name, e-mail and order number. Please write a note indicating what is wrong with the product. Products returned with a defect will be replaced with a new product if possible. If it is not possible to replace a product with a new, the amount will be credited if the warranty is justified.

Please pay attention to the possibility of the occurrence of delivery problems and supplier failures. This may cause your order to be delivered only partially or canceled.
However, there may occur errors if the stock count we have been notified, does not turn out to be right, which will lead to delivery problems. Of course, we do our utmost to avoid this or offer a compensatory item if possible.
You will of course be notified per. e-mail if this should happen. Should the unfortunate incident happen, the payment will not be withdrawn for a product you do not receive.
